During Lent, Legacy UMC will be featuring 7 of the most significant “Mission Opportunities” we as a church are currently supporting. We believe in practicing Risk Taking Mission and Service, and want people to know part of the ways we fulfill that practice. During Wednesday evening worship services, we will hear representatives from each of the Missions who will share pictures, stories and needs. The offerings from each of the services will go to support that evening’s mission. This will be a great time of learning and inspiration as we hear about these exciting ‘extensions’ of Legacy UMC around the world. Join us on Wednesday evenings throughout Lent, February 22—April 4, for a light supper at 5:00 pm and worship from 6:30-7:15 pm. Make plans to be blessed and inspired! The featured Missions include Bolivia, Thailand, Haiti, Ghana, UMCOR and missionaries Legacy supports - Erbele family and Graner family.
