Legacy United Methodist Church has numerous ministries that serve all age groups.
Legacy Kids’ Ministry at both 9:00 & 10:30 am—Staffed Nursery Care is available; 3rd floor, west end. Preschoolers have Sunday School geared just for them. First Look is for 2 & 3 year olds; 4 & 5 year olds attend Growing in God (3rd floor.) Elementary kids start out together for large group worship and a Bible lesson (3rd floor wave room), then break out into classes: Kindergarten & 1st graders, 2nd & 3rd graders (both classes 3rd floor) and 4th & 5th graders (lower level, Room 13.)
Shift Youth (6th—8th grade) at 9:00 am only meets in the Youth Room (lower level.) Note: we will no longer offer Sunday School for High School Youth—encouraging them to serve in an area of ministry in the church and attend worship.
Discover (ReDiscover) Legacy is offered the 3rd Sunday of every month from 11:45-1:00 pm. This is an opportunity to learn more about our beliefs, practices, vision and for any person seeking more information about membership at Legacy. Childcare and lunch is provided. If you are interested, please contact Dan Weigel (220-2661.) As part of Discover Legacy there will be a 6 week life group that will meet on Wednesday evenings to study “What on Earth am I Here for?”
The Legacy Prayer Group is meeting in the Berean Room from 10:05—10:25 am. Join us as we pray for the needs of our church family, community & world!
The Heart of the Matter is an open group for adults seeking to deepen their faith through the study and sharing of God's Word. The class will study Psalms this fall. Led by Cory Thrall in the Conference Room (3rd floor) at 10:30 am.
Join this small group study led by Marilyn Johnson of Max Lucado books on living the Christian life and living it well in Kermit’s office at 10:30 am.
Beginning Wednesday, September 18, bring your whole family to Legacy each Wednesday for a homemade, free-will offering supper at 5:00 pm. Then stay for classes from 6:00—7:30 pm.

It’s All About Relationships is a open small group for any adult seeking to share how to deepen and grow all relationships: with God, spouses, children, friends and strangers. Led by Al & Kathy Roll and meets at the back of the sanctuary on Wednesdays from 6:15-7:30 pm.
Focus on Friendship: An opportunity for individuals with life challenges (physical or intellectual disabilities) to connect with others sharing in faith and enriching the loves of others. Led by Thomas Carlson and Jodi Glasser in Rm 14, lower level.

When confronted with a near death experience, Eric embarks on a spiritual journey that transforms his commitment to Jesus Christ and tests the faith of his friends and family.Led by Dave Nash & Sean Thorenson in the Berean Room.
Faith-Based Cancer Support Group: This group meets the 4th Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8:00 pm in the Conference Room (upper level, south end) and is for anyone whose life has been touched by cancer. Cory Thrall will be leading a prayer and study group that will meet weekly beginning September 24, Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am in the Berean Room and will be studying the book of Hebrew. This is perfect for those interested in a devotional/study prior to the busynessof their day.
